Can I post my items?
Yes, you have the option to ship your items which can enhance the likelihood of your listing selling. Offering shipping makes your item accessible to a wider range of buyers, increasing the chances of a sale. Alternatively, you can choose to make your items available for collection only. While collection may limit your audience, it can be easier for bulky or fragile items. Remember, offering both shipping & collection options can maximise interest in your auction and get you the best price.

Yes, you can easily relist items that didn't sell. Just go to your account, click “Ended Listings” and filter by "Cancelled/Unsold." From there, you can quickly relist the items without having to create a new listing. This streamlines the process, allowing you to get your items back in front of potential buyers quickly and efficiently, increasing the likelihood of a sale. To bid on an item, make sure you’re logged into your account. Find the listing you're interested in. Click "Place Bid" and select your bid amount. You also have the option to set a maximum bid, which allows our system to automatically place bids on your behalf up to your max bid amount, to prevent you having to constantly monitor the auction. If you prefer to purchase the item immediately, look for listings with a "Buy It Now" option, which lets you secure the item and end the auction instantly.
How do I delete a listing?
To delete a listing, go to your profile, select the product you want to remove, and press the delete button. However, if the item has received any bids, you won't be able to delete the listing. This rule maintains the integrity of the auction process and ensures fairness for all participants, preventing any disruptions once bidding has begun.

This program provides peace of mind for your transactions, ensuring that you are protected in case of any issues with your purchase.
What is a reserve?
A reserve is the minimum price you are willing to accept for your item. While the auction can start at a lower amount, the item will only be sold if the bidding reaches or exceeds the reserve price. If the reserve price isn't met, the item won't be sold. Setting a reserve price ensures you receive a minimum acceptable amount for your item, protecting your investment and maximising your earnings from an auction.
What is buy it now?
A Buy It Now price is a set amount that the seller agrees to accept for the immediate purchase of the item. When a buyer agrees to pay this price, the auction ends immediately, and the payment process begins, securing the item for the buyer. This option is ideal for buyers who want to avoid the competitive bidding process and purchase the item outright.
What is the "maximum bid amount" ?
The maximum bid amount is the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item. When you place a maximum bid, our system will automatically bid on your behalf, increasing your bid incrementally to keep you in the lead, but never exceeding your set maximum. If your maximum bid is outbid, you have the option to set a new maximum bid to stay in the auction. This feature allows you to remain competitive without constantly monitoring the auction.
When is the payment deadline?
You will have 5 days after the winning of the items in which to make your payment.
