Refer-a-Friend Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The refer-a-friend campaign ("Campaign") is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• The Campaign applies only to referrals of new customers who have not previously registered with Jogiton Online Ltd.
• Participants must have a valid Jogiton Online Ltd account.

2. Referral Process

• Referrers can generate a unique referral code in their account for each referral.
• The referral code must be shared with friends ("Referees") who are new customers.
• Referees must enter the referral code during registration or at checkout when making their first purchase.

3. Offer Details

• Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a 50% discount on Jogiton Online Ltd's fees on the Referee's first purchase through the marketplace.
• The discount is applied automatically upon meeting the conditions.
• The offer is valid for 30 days from the date the referral code is used by the Referee.

4. Referral Limits

• There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer.
• Each referral requires a unique referral code generated by the Referrer.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
• The offer applies only to the first purchase made by the Referee through the marketplace.

6. Modification and Termination

• Jogiton Online Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be communicated to participants via email.

7. Fraudulent Activity

• Jogiton Online Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
• Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or any activities that attempt to circumvent the rules of the Campaign.

8. Liability

• Jogiton Online Ltd accepts no responsibility for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation in the Campaign, to the extent permitted by law.
• No warranties or representations are made regarding the Campaign or any benefits therein.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data collected in connection with the Campaign will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By participating in the Campaign, individuals consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from the Campaign will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. General

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Jogiton Online Ltd's General Terms & Conditions.
