'Sovereign' Medieval Crossbowman Vintage Lead Soldier 1978 This piece is “Sovereign” branded and dated 1978. There is a mark with the initials “GN” which I assume indicate the actual maker/designer. It is hand painted lead and the 80mm Crossbowman wears the authentic green jerkin. He has a shield with accessories. It is beautifully made with exquisite detail and the base has real earth.
