Royal Mail Special Stamps 1991 – No 8 – Hardback in Slipcase From 1984 Royal Mail issued an annual hardback in a decorated slipcase with all the special stamps issued during the year and an explanation of each set and the relevant artist. I have 17, each one complete, bought First Edition and in very good condition. Selling individually but happy to do deals on multiples. This one for 1991 has 8 sets of stamps in a book of 40 pages with double endpapers.
