Royal Mail Special Stamps 1986 – No 3 – Hardback in Slipcase From 1984 Royal Mail issued an annual hardback in a decorated slipcase with all the special stamps issued during the year and a full explanation of each set and the relevant artist. I have 17, each one complete, bought First Edition and in very good condition. Selling individually but happy to do deals on multiples. This one for 1986 has 10 sets of stamps in a book of 32 pages.
